Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you miss or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a cancellation fee. If you miss multiple services booked on the same day, you will be billed per service. In the event a card is declined, the outstanding balance must be paid in full before scheduling the next appointment. Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of their scheduled appointment will be subject to calling the office directly and paying a non-refundable deposit for any future bookings.

No show/late cancellation fees are as follows:

  • Services less than $100: 100% of service cost

  • Neurotoxin: billed for 20 units at non-member pricing

  • All other services: $100 or 25% of service cost, whichever is greater

To avoid a cancellation fee, please reschedule or provide a cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to change or cancel your existing appointment, you may do so by logging into the Patient Dashboard or you can contact our office directly for rescheduling information. We understand that emergencies happen, please call us if this is the case. Cancellations via outside sources such as Facebook, Instagram, etc. will not be accepted. We can be reached at 828-201-2689.
